US Highpoints - Connecticut

We approached from the north as part of a loop hike, in the process exploring parts of three states, crossing multiple state lines, finding the tri-state boundary of NY/MA/CT, hitting the Connecticut high point as well as the highest summit (Bear Mountain), and following the Appalachian Trail for a few miles. Not many views that day, but the foliage colors were fabulous.

The highest point of Connecticut is the "south slope of Mount Frissell", below the top of Mount Frissell which is in Massachusetts. There wasn't much to see there besides a rock cairn and a marker (no sign?), but we're pretty sure this is the spot.
