I hiked from the AT parking lot for a couple miles on the Appalachian Trail, while John drove into the park to rest an injured ankle. Together we climbed the multitude of stairs to the top of the tower on the hill. Not quite as epic as a couple recent high point climbs, although the tower does make an impression.
